MDS of Michigan Joins DXP Enterprises
The same local team and personal support, with expanded options to help customers find what they need.
JENISON, Mich. — We are excited to announce that MDS of Michigan has been acquired by DXP Enterprises, Inc., giving our customers access to more brands, a wider selection of products, and expanded industrial expertise. For MDS of Michigan customers, this means more options through the team they already know and trust.
Joining DXP® The Industrial Distribution Experts strengthens our ability to help customers source parts, explore product alternatives, and find solutions for their maintenance and equipment needs.
More brands. More resources. The same local team.
We already work directly with more than 240 trusted brands and suppliers. Becoming part of DXP builds on that foundation, expanding the resources and suppliers available to help customers keep their business moving.
DXP brings more than 100 years of industrial distribution experience, with specialties that include rotating equipment, bearings and power transmission, metalworking, and industrial supplies. That breadth of knowledge and product access creates exciting opportunities for MDS to support more of our customers’ needs.
“Exciting times are ahead! With access to more brands, products, and expertise, we can build on the service our customers have trusted for 40 years. You will still work with the same MDS team, providing the same great service and knowledgeable, responsive solutions.”
Kyle Glass, Director of Sales and Operations at MDS of Michigan
The personal service our customers count on will continue. Our team has decades of industry experience, and we are not going anywhere. Customers will continue working with the same people who understand their business and are ready to help with product questions, quotes, and finding the right part.
MDS of Michigan remains a local company based in West Michigan, proudly serving customers for 40 years. We take pride in our work and care about the people we serve. We are excited about this next chapter because it gives us more ways to support those relationships while maintaining the approachable, dependable service that has always been central to MDS.
MDS carries a full line of industrial products, including many items that are not yet listed on our website. If you do not see what you need online, contact our team. We would welcome the opportunity to help you find it.
