What You Need to Start:
- QD Bushing
- QD Sheave
- Torque Wrench
- Allen Wrench Set
- Grease
- Recommended Safety Gloves and Goggles
Step 1: Preparation – Put on safety gloves and goggles. Ensure you have the necessary tools: torque wrench, Allen wrench set, and grease.
Step 2: Apply Grease – Apply a thin layer of grease on the inside of the QD sheave and outside of the QD bushing.
Step 3: Align Components – Align the QD bushing with the sheave, ensuring the tapered surfaces match.
Step 4: Insert QD Bushing – Insert the QD bushing into the sheave’s hub, ensuring a snug fit.
